Bio

Dr. Cunningham is an Assistant Professor and graduate faculty member in the department of psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. At the graduate level he teaches organizational and occupational health psychology, organizational development and change, and research methods in the university’s M.S. in industrial-organizational psychology program. He also teaches select courses to undergraduate students in the department's B.A./B.S.-level psychology program, including research methods and test/measure development. His current research addresses multiple occupational and organizational health psychology topics, including need for resource recovery from stressful work and its impacts on self-management and decision making, health intervention evaluation, the complexities involved in work-nonwork role integrations, and the influence of individual differences in personality and fitness on individual's resilience when handling work-related stress.
