Now that you know how to insert applets in you web pages you need some applets to use so I will provide you with a starter set. The set of applets is the one that goes with the transformations lessons at this site. The reason I releasing the applets to you, and indeed the reason I developed the site, is that I am interested in the different ways that instructors will use them. I would therefore appreciate some feedback. Those of you who are teacher trainers should feel free to use the applets as teacher training material. Directions for Use:
Download the file CMApplets.zip and unzip it in an empty directory. The class files are interdependent so keep them in the same directory. I have included html files with the appropriate applet tag for each applet. You can edit the applet tag to adjust the color and size of the applets. Remember that if you move them elsewhere you will need to either insert a "codebase" parameter or a full URL. Your part in the process will be to write the non-applet part of the web page in a way that suits your students and your style of teaching.
