Set up our Spanish teacher with an outside mentor (with same job description)
so she could observe her class for tips etc.
We have observed mentees during planning time and given feedback.
Implemented intervention team for classroom and student support.

Welcoming our new teacher next semester with welcome basket. She/he will be our only new person entering a developed culture and family. She/he will need extra support to feel welcome etc.
