IR3IS Account Number Changes

Account Structure

The existing account structure will change only slightly.
The E and I accounts will be known as Cost Centers in IRIS. 
Existing seven digit accounts will remain as they are.
Existing 9 digit accounts will become 10 digits. 

Examples of Cost Center Accounts:

Existing: New:
7 digit E accounts (EXX-XXX-XX) EXX-XXX-XX (no change)
9 digit I and E accounts  (adds zero in 8th position to become 10 digits) EXX-XXXX-0XX

WBS Elements

The existing  R accounts will be known as Work Breakdown Structures Elements or WBS elements.  R accounts will be 10 digits and, as with the E and I accounts, a zero will added in the 8th position. 
Existing New:
Rxx-xxxx-xx (adds zero in 8th postion to become 10 digits) Rxx-xxxx-0xx
