Paul H. Bergeron (b. 1938)
Biography
Bergeron was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, and attended Lousiana College as an
undergraduate. He took his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees at Vanderbilt University where he taught from
1965-72. Since 1972 he has taught at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he now
lives.
